Executive Chef Marvas Ng, has undergone a diverse array of experiences such as clinching 2 gold medals for Singapore in the 2022 Culinary World Cup; 10 years in the kitchens of critically acclaimed Le Pan Hong Kong and Tianjin (China).
In his first solo culinary journey, Chef Marvas continues making inroads into his personal culinary map – interpreting East Asian flavours and ingredients through the lens of his years of training and experience in French fine dining.
